PRIX EUROPA at the Embassies: France
German Premiere of HARD TIMES
Together with the Institut Français PRIX EUROPA will be screening the German premiere of LES MAUVAIS JOURS
For the second consecutive year, the French Embassy is opening it's doors to the PRIX EUROPA participants.
Les mauvais jour, directed by PASCALE BAILLY wil celebrate it's German premiere - and will be screened in the TV Fiction category in the competition.
Both the driector, and the main actress ARIANE ASCIDE will be present during the screening.
The film tackles very current issues in a very personal way telling the story of a middle aged woman who loses everything: husband, job and appartment. Too proud to ask her relatives for help, she struggles through the worst nightmare of the bourgeoise class. Sleeping on the street she finally has to force herself to stay true to her own values.
